New SureThing® CD Labeler Release Adds Support for Windows Media Player XP

SAN DIEGO, CA. MicroVision Development—maker of SureThing CD Labeler, has released a free upgrade to its popular CD Labeler version 3. The upgrade includes a new utility called SureThing Playlist Plus! that allows instant CD label printing from Windows Media Player XP.

Playlist Plus! works as an intermediary between Windows Media Player XP and SureThing CD Labeler so that CD titles, artists, and track listings from a Windows Media Player playlist can be generated into a stylish CD label while the CD is being burned. Once SureThing gets the playlist information from Media Player, the user is directed to select a one of several pre-made design layouts and backgrounds, or has the option to create a colorful custom label design from scratch using the advanced design tools included in SureThing CD Labeler. The new Playlist Plus! technology makes the process of burning a CD and making a professional-looking label practically seamless, and eliminates the need to type song track information manually.

The 3.1 update is a free upgrade for current owners of SureThing CD Labeler v3 and can be downloaded at www.surething.com. Playlist Plus! will also be included in all new SureThing CD Labeler Deluxe v3 retail packages, available at Staples, Best Buy, CompUSA, and Fry’s Electronics and other software retailers.
